On 24th of February, the University of Georgia hosted a public lecture on “Neurosis, Depression, Suicide, Panic Attacks and Modern Methods of Their Management”.
The guest speaker was Director of the Foundation “Global Initiative on Psychiatry – Tbilisi”, psychiatrist, Mrs. Nino Makhashvili.
Following issues were be discussed: as types of mental disorders, depression, causes of suicide and ways of prevention, management of panic attacks, etc.
